The University of Bolton's LLM International Business Law is available to graduates from legal and non-legal backgrounds. It is open to law graduates, business graduates, legal professionals, and people working in commercial fields nationally and internationally.

As a graduate of this course, you'll possess a recognised postgraduate qualification in international business law.
You should have at least a lower second class honours degree (2:2) in law or another relevant subject (or a comparable qualification from a UK or overseas institution).
If you don’t possess the above qualifications but have substantial managerial or employment experience, we’ll be happy to consider your application.
All application forms need to be accompanied by a reflective overview of the managerial responsibilities undertaken to date. A letter of reference on headed paper from the current/most recent employer should also be provided clearly showing the length of employment and a breakdown of roles and responsibilities.
We'll consider applications where appropriate work experience can be demonstrated in lieu of, or in addition to, the published academic qualifications in line with the University’s Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (RPEL) procedures.
