This school-based PGCE Primary course prepares new teachers to excel in their teaching careers, making a positive difference to the lives of the children they teach.
Throughout the course, trainee teachers will be challenged to achieve the highest professional standards as we support them to achieve outstanding levels of professional practice through both the taught curriculum and their placement practice.
An undergraduate (honours) degree at 2:2 or above
In addition, you will need: GCSE Mathematics, GCSE English Language and GCSE Science at grade 4/C. Equivalent qualifications may be considered.
Graduates of this course can pursue a teaching career in primary schools.
