If you’re already able to inspire others while leading a department or division, our PGCert in Business and Management Education (Teacher Training) could help you transition into the captivating world of higher education, business school teaching and management education consultancy.

On this six-month, online course, you’ll learn through Surrey Business School’s Department of Management Education, a pioneering hub of research in the theory and practice of management education. You’ll receive relevant and industry-informed teaching, preparing you for a successful career in educating the next generation of management talent.

Entry Requirements

A 2:2 UK honours degree, or a recognised equivalent international qualification, with at least five years work experience in a management or middle management role.

Alternatively, we’ll also consider you if you have evidence of relevant continuing professional development and at least seven year’s experience in a management role.
