Our MSc in Computer Science covers all aspects of technologies and user environments giving you the industry-level skills to create and manage IT solutions.
Study on our Cambridge campus and gain practical experience in our advanced computing laboratories. You’ll learn to create web applications develop Artificial Intelligence models and the advantages of using ontologies. Before starting the course we strongly recommend that you have working knowledge of database and programming in languages such as Java C# or Python.
As well as our 13 and 20 month full-time course options there’s also the option to study with us for two years and gain valuable experience in Year 2 with a choice of professional experience modules. Through this you’ll gain valuable employability skills as you apply your knowledge in a real-life industry setting.
A first degree with honours in a related subject and at a minimum final classification of lower second (2:2) or equivalent.
If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5 ( Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University.

Our MSc Computer Science graduates move into a wide range of IT roles in industry.
