    LLM Full Time 12 months

Course Description

In the new era of digital revolution and sustainable finance in the global economy the role of corporate law has radically changed both in terms of the purpose of the corporation and duties of corporate officers. Comparative corporate law expertise in context is increasingly in demand in legal practice and across established and new industrial sectors, finance, multinational corporations, SMEs, and start-up.

On this course you will learn about business transactions and corporate law at national and international levels and will explore pressing contemporary problems in this context. Our teaching approach is international in scope and comparative by nature. You will develop the skills and knowledge required to pursue a global career as highly-skilled corporate professional in the new stakeholder economy.

This course combines insights and readings from both Law and business and offers the chance to discuss case studies to develop experience from real life legal practice. You will be taught by internationally recognised experts with experience of advising international businesses, legal practice, and local governments.

In addition to corporate related modules (e.g., Comparative Corporate Law and Insolvency, Corporate Governance), you will have a wide choice of elective modules offering you access to expertise in relevant and growing fields including:
