Course Description

The MSc Engineering Programme aims to broaden and deepen your knowledge and understanding of a variety of engineering subjects, supporting career development and progression. You can choose to undertake specific modules for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) purposes, or a number of modules to build up to a Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma or Master’s level award.

Entry Requirements

What is needed for MSc Engineering?

  • Applicants normally hold a 2:2 undergraduate honours degree or its equivalent in Engineering or a relevant discipline such as Geology, Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics.
  • Applicants with a lower degree classification and / or relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis.

English Language Requirements

Applicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.5 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.
