Study Details: MA Part-time: 12 months.
Aimed at those wishing to further their career in human resource management and to progress to senior management roles or consultancy, this research-based programme combines theory and practice and has been designed to enable members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) to build on the learning and experience achieved at diploma level. It enables you to focus on an area of HR that is of specific interest and which will help you develop specialist expertise for your career.
Direct entrants
A Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognised institution. Applications will also be considered from those who seek to formalise their prior experiential learning or qualifications.
Continuing students
Students can progress to the MA in Human Resource Management upon successful completion of the Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM).
