Course Description

Please note: This course is open to international students only.

This two year, full time programme is delivered by experienced clinicians and educators. Successful completion leads to the award of an MClinDent Implantology from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), a UK University well known as a provider of high quality clinical training and education. The main focus of the course is patient management and the delivery of appropriate, evidence based clinical care. There are supporting modules on critical appraisal, research strategies and clinical audit.

Entry Requirements

Applicants admitted onto the course will meet the following requirements:

  • Be registered with an appropriate regulatory body and be a practicing dentist
  • Have appropriate indemnity cover.
  • Comply with the local occupational health guidelines for clinicians practicing exposure prone procedures (EPP)
  • Have sufficient competency in English language (IELTS Level 7 or equivalent)

All suitable applicants will be interviewed.  Interview procedures and decisions regarding applications will be conducted within the University’s policies on equal opportunities and admissions.
