Why study Physician Associate Studies with us?
This course aims to inform and equip the practitioner with the necessary skills to function in a modern clinical environment as a Physician Associate.
All of our courses involve using current and past research extensively. This course is delivered by a research-active group of academic staff, supplemented by a variety of Clinicians and Biomedical Scientists from local Hospital Departments.
You will receive training in the skills required in the reading and interpretation of the literature and translating that into evidencebased practice. We will develop your research and writing skills so that you will be in a position to contribute to the scientific literature in an effective manner.
Applicants should normally have GCSE grade A-C in Maths and English and:
EU candidates should also be competent in English and have achieved, as a minimum, one of the following standards: IELTS 6.5; TOEFL 88.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Students with relevant previous study at postgraduate level or with extensive experience may be considered eligible for recognition of prior learning.
Potential students will be required to attend for interview.
