Study Details: MSc/PgDip/PgCert 1 Year
A postgraduate degree in Project Management in Construction will equip you with the knowledge and expertise needed to plan, organise, secure and manage resources to bring about the successful completion of projects to client’s expectations and satisfaction.
With emphasis on leadership in performance improvement, you will learn how to recognise the impact of processes, technology and people on the success of projects in the design, property and construction industries. Course content is designed for individuals and organisations managing change in a fast-paced business and project environment.
The course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Association for Project Management (APM), so you will be educated to the highest industry standards.
The course is delivered in partnership with the Colombo School of Construction Technology (CSCT) – a modern higher education institution situated in Sri Lanka that is dedicated to students seeking internationally recognised education and qualifications in the construction industry.
Academic requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of a second class honours degree. We welcome applications from students who may not have formal/traditional entry criteria but who have relevant experience or the ability to pursue the course successfully.
