Entry Requirements

Applicants should either have at least a second class honours degree or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment.

Applicants who do not have English as their first language are required to have IELTS 6.5 with no skill below 5.5 or an equivalent award.

All applications should be supported by a reference, either academic or professional.

Module Details

Examine the role of cultural factors in the management of corporate communications, combining the fields of corporate relations functions and specialist areas of corporate communication.

This module provides the framework for understanding the changing media landscape in digital communications and will give you the practical tools for managing personal and corporate reputation.

You will carry out an in-depth research project in a subject area that is appropriate to the course and of particular interest to you.

Develop an understanding and awareness of the strategic nature of communication, its role as a management function, and the contribution it makes to the achievement of business objectives.

Develop the core skills required to be an effective public relations professional, such as planning, presentation and writing.
