Course Description

The programme provides a Masters level education in real estate with a focus on UK practice combined with transferable skills and knowledge from afirst degree enabling graduates to gain a professional commercial property surveying career. Students will have studied non cognate subjects in their first degree (business, economics, geography based subjects are frequent examples) and will have developed an interest in property either through these studies or through their employment experience.

Entry Requirements

Students will normally be required to have an upper second class degree.

Members of professional bodies in built environment, law or accountancy will be accepted.
Overseas students must have the equivalent of the above. Where English is not their first language they must achieve a qualification in English at the appropriate level, e.g. IELTS 6.5 or above.
There will be additional academic English classes available to support overseas students during the programme.
