Course Description

Explore the key methodological and philosophical debates that shape the social sciences – and develop the specialised tools and skills you’ll need to make an impact with business and management research on this flexible master’s.

Effective business and management research is a key driver to solving and averting business problems in areas such as management strategy, operations, leadership, finance and HR.

Offered full or part-time, this master’s is ideal if you’re already working in the field and want to develop and strengthen your applied research skills.

It’s also a relevant next step if you want to conduct research in non-academic public and private sector roles, such as think tanks. Or if you want to pursue a career in academia, this programme also meets the training requirements for PhD funding from the ESRC.
