You will need:

a minimum 2:1 honours degree in sport science, or a related discipline

or (if you have been out of education for some time)

to provide details of relevant experience in lieu of formal qualifications, for example, work experience, voluntary work, research etc. Please describe in detail how this has helped you to improve your knowledge of exercise physiology

Pearson PTE Academic 64 (minimum 59 in each component for UKVI purposes)

International students applying to study a full-time taught Masters, MRes, Mphil or PhD at LJMU should check if they require an Academic Technology Approval Scheme or ATAS certificate. Past graduates have taken positions as applied practitioners in sports science support programmes within a variety of professional sports clubs, national governing bodies of sport, or as strategic sport science officers and consultants in professional sport settings.
