Applicants need a minimum of a second-class honours degree or equivalent in law, or a second class combined law degree. Alternatively, they may have completed the GDL (Graduate Diploma in Law) or Level 6 CILEx (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives). Credit exemption may be given for certified or experiential learning taken during the previous five years.
