The Operations and Innovation Management programme is designed to develop your international practical experience and theoretical understanding of international aspects of strategy, innovation and change processes. The programme is focused on the development, operation and maintenance of business systems and aims at giving you a balanced analytical, systemic and managerial understanding of Global Business Development and its underpinning disciplines.

The project work is focused on putting theory into practice. You will do your project work in cooperation with a company; a great opportunity to try out your ideas and knowledge in a real life-situation.

Operations and Innovation Management is a two year master programme. The headline of each semester is as follows:
1st Semester
Integrated Solution – focusing on Enterprise Engineering and Design, Global Operations Development and Organizational Analysis and Design.
Global Implementation – focusing on Innovation and Change Management, Global Business Performance and Business Intelligence.
Traineeship or study abroad.
Master’s thesis preparation.
