This MA in Education Leadership asks you to question, research, analyse and evaluate the challenges facing education and educational leadership in the twenty-first century, whether locally or globally.
Drawing on internationally-based research, and informed by the values and mission of Teach First, MA Educational Leadership at Bath Spa is designed to develop and improve your expertise as an educational leader. This is a 60 credit dissertation module that builds on your existing PGDE to ‘top-up’ your learning to Master’s level.
You’ll take a critical and cultural approach to leadership as a socially constructed and ethical practice. You’ll also relate theory and research to your own working environment.
You’ll be working towards, or will have already successfully completed, the 120 credit Teach First PGDE award.
