Are you a future leader motivated by sustainable organisational success? Are you passionate about ethical decision making, inclusion and fair work?
Our HRM (MSc) programme leans into these values - and many more.
Alongside an understanding of core functions – such as recruitment and selection, performance management and reward management - you’ll engage with such issues as globalisation, equality, diversity and inclusion, and decent/sustainable work.
As you gain the knowledge and practical skills to succeed as an ethical HR professional, you’ll come to appreciate how important critical analytical, reflective and professional capabilities are – not only to HR roles, but in any people management context.
The programme is accredited by the CIPD at Level 7, meaning it meets the highest professional standards and supports your pathway to full CIPD membership. While you are studying with us, you’ll also benefit from CIPD student membership, gaining access to professional networking events and online resources.
