This course will give you everything you need to become a critical, practical, ethical and sustainable HRM practitioner or consultant in global or international human resource management. It will particularly appeal to those interested in a career in a MNC or international human resource management context and for those responsible for managing people in large international organisations.
You’ll develop your HRM and international expertise and knowledge which you can apply in the global workplace. You could work as an HRM practitioner in fields as varied as Global HRM, expatriate management, learning and development, change management and talent management or a management consultant in people management. When you graduate, you’ll have gained a HRM and cross-cultural knowledge to effectively manage a global workforce.
